Terms & Conditions – 444 Design Corp.

By accessing 444designcorp.com or placing an order, you enter a binding agreement with 444 Design Corp., a digital art studio directed by Luc Nijman. These Terms govern the purchase of strictly limited-edition, museum-grade artworks produced on-demand. Read them with the same precision we apply to every vector line.

They are non-negotiable, eternal, and surgically clear.

1. Products & Editions
All works are original high-concept digital artworks created by Luc Nijman.
• Printed as archival giclée on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm (velvet matte, 308 g/m², acid-free, >100 years longevity).
• Optional hand-crafted Nielsen wood frames with 70 % UV anti-reflective museum glass and acid-free mounts.
• Editions strictly limited to 50–100 copies worldwide (stated on each product page).
• Every print is numbered, dated, and accompanied by a signed Minimalist Certificate of Authenticity.
Once an edition sells out, it will never be reprinted in the same format or size.

2. Ordering & Production
• All items are made-to-order via CreativeHub / theprintspace (zero inventory).
• Production begins immediately upon successful payment. Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded after placement (bespoke goods exception under EU/UK/AU/US consumer law).
• Colors on screen may vary slightly due to monitor calibration; we calibrate to museum standards, but absolute color matching is not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payment
• Prices are in USD (or auto-converted at checkout).
• Include production, certificate, and basic packaging.
• Exclude shipping, framing (optional add-on), and any import duties/taxes.
• Accepted payment methods: all major cards and methods processed securely via Stripe/Big Cartel. We never store your card data.

4. Intellectual Property
All artworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Luc Nijman / 444 Design Corp.
Purchase grants you sole ownership of the physical print and certificate.
You receive no commercial, reproduction, NFT minting, or derivative rights whatsoever. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use will be pursued with absolute resolve.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy (incorporated herein by reference). Key points:
• No cancellations once production starts.
• No returns for change of mind.
• Full replacement or refund only for damaged/defective items.
• Framed works are final sale (custom-made).

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional damages.
• Force majeure (strikes, pandemics, customs seizures, acts of God) excuses performance.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you rights in your local jurisdiction.

8. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is unlawful, the remainder remains in force.
These Terms, together with Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 444 Design Corp.

9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
