Shipping & Delivery Policy – 444 Design Corp.

All artworks are produced strictly on-demand in museum-grade facilities operated by our partners CreativeHub / theprintspace, with production hubs in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and Australia. Orders are automatically fulfilled from the closest hub to your shipping address in order to minimize delivery time, customs delays, and environmental impact.

Estimated timelines (from confirmed payment)
• Production time: 5–10 business days (archival giclée printing on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm + optional hand-crafted Nielsen framing)
• Europe: 2–7 business days after dispatch
• United States & Canada: 3–10 business days after dispatch
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Australia & New Zealand: 4–12 business days after dispatch
• Rest of World: 7–21 business days after dispatch

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier performance.

Shipping carriers
Premium tracked services only: Royal Mail, DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or Australia Post, depending on origin hub and destination.

Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on size, framing option, and destination. Fully transparent — no hidden fees.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders outside EU/UK/US/AU)
• For shipments originating from UK/EU hubs to non-EU countries: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• For shipments originating from US/AU hubs: Local taxes (GST/VAT/sales tax) may apply and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
444 Design Corp. declares the full commercial value on all packages and complies with international trade regulations.

Tracking
A tracking number is automatically emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order in real time.

Lost or damaged shipments
In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, we will replace the artwork at no additional cost once the carrier’s claim is approved (typically 7–30 days). Photographic evidence may be required for damaged items.

Non-delivery / refused packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, return shipping and any additional re-shipment costs will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations & changes
Since production begins immediately after payment, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

Legal compliance
This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, US FTC guidelines, Australian Consumer Law, and all applicable international trade regulations applicable to print-on-demand limited-edition fine art.
