As a studio dedicated to crafting eternal, museum-grade limited-edition artworks, 444 Design Corp. upholds the highest standards of precision and care. However, due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our productions—archival giclée prints on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm paper and hand-crafted Nielsen wood frames with 70% UV anti-reflective glass—returns and refunds are strictly limited to ensure the integrity of each numbered edition. Production commences immediately upon payment confirmation, rendering cancellations or modifications impossible thereafter.
This policy aligns with international consumer protections, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (which excludes personalized goods from withdrawal rights), UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, US FTC guidelines on fair trade practices, and Australian Consumer Law, while reflecting the realities of print-on-demand fulfillment through our trusted partners, CreativeHub / theprintspace.
Eligible for full refund or replacement
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your artwork arrives damaged, defective (e.g., printing errors, frame misalignment), or not as ordered (e.g., wrong size or edition number), contact us within 14 days of delivery using the contact form at 444designcorp.com/contact. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence. We will issue a full refund (including original shipping) or replace the item at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
• Significant delivery delays: If your order exceeds estimated timelines by more than 14 days due to production or carrier fault (excluding customs or holidays), reach us via the contact form for a full refund or reshipment.
Not eligible for returns or refunds
• Change of mind, incorrect address provided by the customer, or damage caused after delivery.
• Framed artworks (custom-handcrafted and classified as personalized goods).

Return process (if approved)

Await our return authorization and shipping instructions.
Repackage securely in original materials and ship to the provided address (return shipping at customer expense unless the error is ours).
Once inspected, eligible refunds are issued minus original fulfillment and return shipping costs.
